About Anthem EAP

We’re here to help make life easier.

The Indiana State Personnel Department and Anthem Employee Assistance Program (EAP) put convenient and confidential resources within reach to help keep you and your loved ones healthy and happy. The Anthem EAP is a free service available to all full-time State employees and their household, and can be a beneficial tool to improve your overall well-being.

Each household member can access eight free face-to-face counseling sessions with a licensed therapist per issue, per year.

Also be sure to check out the new myStrength program. Find out more about myStrength on Anthem’s EAP website, www.anthemeap.com
