The Indiana State Personnel Department and Anthem Employee Assistance Program (EAP) put convenient and confidential resources within reach to help keep you and your loved ones healthy and happy. The Anthem EAP is a free service available to all full-time State employees and their household, and can be a beneficial tool to improve your overall well-being.
Each household member can access eight free face-to-face counseling sessions with a licensed therapist per issue, per year.

Aware Mindfulness Channel
Anthem EAP has added a new Mindfulness Channel to the State of Indiana’s EAP website. The Aware Mindfulness Channel gives you access to short audio mindfulness exercises that will help you focus, release tension and “reset” for improved well-being.
To access the channel, visit www.anthemeap.com > Enter Company Code, State of Indiana to log in > From the homepage, select Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources (found under Phone number) > Under Emotional Health, select Aware Mindfulness Channel to open the full list of mindfulness exercises.
