Anthem EAP adds new ‘Aware Mindfulness’ channel

Staying mindful means focusing on the moment and being aware of your emotions.

In a time of great uncertainty, it’s especially important to practice mindfulness and now, thanks to Anthem’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a free new resource available for all state of Indiana employees and their household members can help make focusing on the present a regular part of your daily routine.

The EAP Aware Mindfulness Channel features numerous short videos designed to help you stay in the moment, focus, release tension, and “reset” for improved well-being.

Accessing these resources is easy. Visit and enter the code State of Indiana to get started. Next, select Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources (found under the phone number heading), then click Aware Mindfulness Channel under the Emotional Health heading. Each video is about 10 minutes long and is available in six different languages.
