How do I sign up for the OurHealth Wellness Challenge Program?
Visit member.ourhealth.org/sign_up/stateofin to create your account. You can also download the Limeade app (registration code is stateofin) for mobile access to the Wellness Challenges.

Who is eligible to participate in the OurHealth Wellness Challenges program?
Wellness challenges are available to all active full and part-time employees, spouses, and adult dependents regardless of their enrollment in a health plan.
*The Wellness Challenges and OurHealth portal is not available to Indiana State Police employees, Conservation Officers or Excise Officers. Participating school corporations, COBRA, and Early Retirees are also not eligible to participate.

Do I have to be a member of the health plan to participate?
No, the OurHealth challenge platform is available to all active full and part-time employees regardless of their enrollment in a health plan.
*The Wellness Challenges and OurHealth portal is not available to Indiana State Police employees, Conservation Officers or Excise Officers. Participating school corporations, COBRA, and Early Retirees are also not eligible to participate.

I am a new employee, can I participate?
Yes, new employees are encouraged to begin participating in all wellness programs they are eligible for. It may take up to three weeks for OurHealth to load newly hired employees into their system.

I am having trouble logging in. Who do I call?
For problems logging into the OurHealth portal please call 317-537-9764.

How do I earn prizes?
You will earn one entry into the prize drawing for each completed “Raffle Activity,” with a maximum of five entries each month. All entries will automatically go into the prize drawing. At the end of the year, all of the entries you’ve earned will be entered in the drawing for the grand prizes.
*Winners are not eligible to win more than once a month, and must be employed on the last day of the month for which the drawing is taking place.

Do I earn prize drawing entries for every activity I complete on the OurHealth Wellness Challenge portal?
No, you will only earn prize drawing entries for activities that are designated as “Raffle Activities.” There is a maximum of five entries per month.

How do I know how many prize drawing entries I’ve earned?
You can view a list of completed activities in the History section of the portal. From the portal homepage, click on the “History” button to see a list of your completed activities. Remember: Only “Raffle Activities” will result in entries into the prize drawing.

When will prize winners be drawn?
Winners will be notified by the 10th of each month.

How will prize winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via email.

Will prizes be taxed?
Yes, the value of the prize will be included in your gross wages as earning code “Well Challenge” on a following paycheck.

What if I don’t want to pay taxes on my prize?
Winners are responsible for paying taxes on the prize(s) they have won. The State of Indiana will charge winners the necessary tax amount. Winners have the option of declining the prize by responding to the winner notification email, or by contacting OurHealth BEFORE the distribution of prizes.

When/where will my prize arrive?
Prizes will be shipped, by the 15th of each month, directly to the winner’s address that is in the OurHealth system. You can verify your address and other contact information in the OurHealth portal by reviewing your profile.

Who can earn prizes?
All individuals who are eligible for the OurHealth Challenge program are eligible to win prizes.

How can I challenge others?
You can create a challenge for any activities found under the “Topics” tab. To create a challenge, click on the activity tile, then choose “Challenge others.” Enter the emails of the individuals you want to challenge.

Do I have to use a fitness tracker for the OurHealth Wellness Campaigns and Challenges program?
It is optional to connect a pedometer to the OurHealth platform as you can manually enter your steps for these challenges.

Will I be provided with a fitness tracker?
No, participants must provide their own fitness trackers for these Wellness Challenges.

Do I need to connect my fitness tracker to the OurHealth portal if it’s already connected to ActiveHealth?
Yes, if you want steps to be tracked in both the OurHealth and ActiveHealth portals. OurHealth and ActiveHealth are not permitted to share tracker data with each other. You must authorize each portal individually.

What fitness trackers can I use?
Visit the Wellness Challenge Program portal at member.ourhealth.org/sign_up/stateofin for a complete list of compatible devices.

Samsung is not on the list of available trackers, will it connect to OurHealth?
Samsung devices can connect to the OurHealth portal through other apps like Strava or RunKeeper.

Who should I contact if I have problems syncing my fitness device?
If you are having issues syncing your fitness device to the OurHealth portal, please call OurHealth at 317-537-9764.
