2-3 heads of broccoli (rinse and drain well) cut into pieces about golf ball size, should be dry
2 tsp of minced garlic (I use jar type, can use fresh–2-3 cloves)
Pinch each, salt and pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
- Put the broccoli, garlic, 2 Tbsp olive oil, one pinch each salt and pepper in a gallon ziploc bag and shake til coated well. (Can add other seasonings of choice)
- Spread in single layer on a baking sheet. (I use foil on cookie sheet so there is little clean up!)
- Bake on top rack of oven at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Broccoli should be a little crunchy! So easy, healthy and good!
