Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Cake (sugar free)

Recipe Name:
Pumpkin Pie Cake (sugar free)

Ingredients:
Cake:

1 large can of pumpkin (15oz)
1 box of sugar free cake mix
1 1/2 c of splenda brown sugar
2 T. cinnamon
1 T. ground cloves
1 T. ground ginger
2 tsp vanilla

Topping:

2 small boxes of sugar free vanilla pudding
1 T. vanilla
2-3 cups of milk (depending on smoothness of pudding)
1 T. cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions:

  1. Spray a 9×13” pan with PAM
  2. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
  4. Let cool
  5. Prepare topping then spread on cake.
