Recipe: Raymonda’s Fruit De-Lite

Recipe Name:
Raymonda’s Fruit De-Lite

2 Cups Seedless Green Grapes
2 Cups Strawberries, tops removed and cut in half
2 Cups Blueberries
8 Ounces Low-Fat Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 Cup Splenda
4 Ounces Lite Vanilla Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Splenda

Wash and prepare the fruit and set aside in a large serving bowl. Blend cream cheese, yogurt, Splenda and vanilla. Gently stir the cream cheese mixture into the fruit. Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over the fruit. Serve well chilled. (Note: Substituting Boston Cream Pie flavor yogurt is delicious, and you can add or substitute other fruits such as red seedless grapes, blackberries, raspberries, etc.
